These Terms and Conditions are established to govern the pre-order process of gold products, ensuring that all transactions comply with Shariah principles. By engaging in a pre-order with GB Gold Platform, the customer agrees to be bound by the following terms.

1. Payment of Security Deposit
   1. A full payment of the security deposit (hamish jiddiyah) is required at checkout for all pre-orders. This payment is a binding promise (wa`d mulzim) from the customer to purchase the specified pre-order item(s).
   2. The customer shall at all times, acknowledge that the pre-order represents a promise to purchase and not an immediate sale. This promise is binding upon the customer, subject to the rights of cancellation specified in Clause 3.
2. Wakalah Appointment
   1. Upon the readiness of pre-order item(s), the customer hereby appoints GB Gold’s representative as their wakeel with the authority to (i) receive the pre-order item(s) on the customer’s behalf on a spot basis, and (ii) manage the delivery to the customer’s address or store the pre-order item(s) on behalf of the customer, whichever is applicable.
3. Waiting and Delivery Period
   1. The anticipated waiting period for pre-order products is up to 8 weeks (“Waiting Period”) from the pre-order batch's closing date.
   2. Specific start and end dates for pre-order batches will be provided from time to time, such as a first batch closing on 12 April 2024, with phased delivery expected to start on 15 May 2024, second batch closing on 30 April 2024, with phased delivery expected to start on 1 June 2024 and third batch closing on 20 May 2024, with phased delivery expected to start on 15 June 2024.
   3. In the event that pre-order products arrive earlier than anticipated, GB Gold Platform reserves the right to expedite delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
   1. While the pre-order commitment is primarily binding on the customer, GB Gold Platform retains the right to cancel orders. In such cases, GB Gold Platform will fully refund the security deposit (hamish jiddiyah).
   2. If the customer decides to cancel their order within the Waiting Period, GB Gold Platform may honor such cancellations but may impose a cancellation fee at the actual losses incurred due to the cancellation.
   3. In the event that GB Gold Platform fails to deliver the products within the specified Waiting Period and the customer opts to cancel the order, GB Gold Platform shall refund the security deposit in full to the customer, without the deduction of any cancellation fees.
5. Combined Orders
   1. Orders combining multiple pre-order items will be shipped together once all components of the order are available.
6. Order Transferability and Collection
   1. Orders are non-transferable and will be shipped directly to the person and address specified in the order form. Collection notifications (if applicable) will be issued when items are ready.
   2. GB Gold Platform reserves the right to manage orders in a manner that protects the privacy and security of customers.
7. Notification of Availability
   1. Customers will be informed via direct communication or our social media platforms once their items are ready for shipment. Arrangements for shipping will be made within 24 hours of product availability.

Agreement

By placing a pre-order with GB Gold Platform, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
