Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. Order will be dispatched within 48 hours of time of order. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).
Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. GB Gold is not liable for any associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.
