Shipping & Collection Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. We provide standard shipping for all orders made on https://gbgold.my/ within Malaysia through any courier and delivery providers chosen by us.

  2. All orders shall be processed

    • within 3 to 14 working days for normal orders;
    • 7 to 30 working days for special orders (order that involves custom-made production), depending on the current production process.
  3. Pre-order is available during special campaigns or event setups. Specific processing and delivery times for pre-orders shall be communicated during the campaign or event.

  4. Once your online order has been processed, you shall receive an order confirmation email with a delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.

  5. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct and complete delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. We are not liable for any loss, damage or charges due to delivery address details being incorrect or not complete.

  6. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier and delivery provider, destination customs clearance processes and unforeseen factors or events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, flood fire, theft, etc.

  7. You are required to open the purchased item(s) within two (2) days. If the purchased item(s) received is defective on arrival, kindly email to us within two (2) working days from the date of the receipt with detailed pictures/videos displaying the defect.

  8. Products must be in new and original condition with the original receipt. Exchange requests beyond the specified period shall not be entertained as per our policy.

  9. We reserve the right to decline full refunds or impose a restocking fee for order(s) that do not comply with the aforementioned requirements.

Collection Policy

  1. You can pick up your order(s) from our store at no charge, subject to our operating hours.

  2. Following payment approval, you shall receive an email notification containing details for order collection. It is recommended that you collect your orders at the designated pickup time to avoid any inconvenience.

  3. If you wish to change the pickup date or time, or switch from Collection to Delivery, you must notify us via [email protected] or Whatsapp.

  4. You can collect your order(s) within three (3) working days at our store, from 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Additional waiting days may be required for orders made on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.

  5. If you are unable to pick up your order on the agreed date, please notify us to arrange a new pickup date and time, with at least three (3) days' notice before the original commitment date.

  6. Upon collection, you must present the order confirmation email and pickup notification email either in printed form or on a mobile device.

  7. If you wish to authorize another person to collect your order, you must inform us via [email protected] at least three (3) days before the pickup date. The designated person must present a copy of the order confirmation, either in print or on a mobile device.

  8. You are advised to inspect your item(s) immediately upon pickup to ensure that the orders are accurate and no defect.

  9. The Company shall store your order for a maximum of fourteen (14) working days. If the order is not collected within this period, a management fee of RM5.00 per item shall be charged. After the 14 working days period, the gold item amount shall be converted into Gold Bullion Storage (GBS).
