Returns or exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within two (2) days of receiving your order.
Please ensure the item(s) remains in its original purchased condition including all packaging and documentation.
All returned items must be assessed and verified by us for their condition. Items deemed damaged due to wear and tear shall not be eligible for exchange.
We may not entertain any exchange request that does not comply with the requirements.
A cancellation request must be made at least twenty four (24) hours in advance. Orders that have been shipped and paid for cannot be canceled.
Notifications of cancellation, whether in person, via mobile phone text message, or any other method, shall be considered valid pending written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests for special-order products that are non-returnable.
We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed suspicious or fraudulent. Any fraudulent transactions shall be reported to the appropriate authorities.
